Why wouldn't he be? Nothing Happened to George Bush Jr and dikk Cheney who created illegal wars. Nothing happened to Obama who continued the trend of illegal wars. If you're in that upper crust, you are pretty much exempt from the legal system. They just tell you these lies and act like when the new admin comes up they are going to lock up the other side to get you hyped up to vote and then when the new admin gets in office, they push that narrative in the background and then years later, all of these folks can publicly show they are buddies again. Just look at how all of a sudden GW Bush is the 'cool but misunderstood' president who is friends with Michelle Obama.
