Nah I may be tweaking. But black people, or AA are a mix of cultures, most of us have European blood, and none of us are a majority African, . It doesn't make since from a common sense stand point. Shouldn't aa be different from Africans?

Historically there are three races, Caucasian Negro and asiatic. That is a grouping based on color of the skin.

Latinos are grouped together based on culture, specifically language. If you look at the Americas, you will see all of the languages of the colonizer a and he colonized, outside of the USA, are Romantic languages, Latin in nature.
