So in addition to sample clearance issues part of why Heavenz Movie seems so incomplete is Tomica bumping up the deadline and rushing the album out. Originally the roll out was supposed to have a street tape to promote Bizzys 7th Sign artists and the upcoming Heavens Movie album. I put a bunch of the unreleased mixtape tracks on here with the cuts left off Heavenz Movie. Its dope to hear Bizzy flow over a Erick Sermon beat. Anyways enjoy, tomorrow or so I will upload another compilation with tracks that would have been for Bizzys second album until the business with Tomica totally went to shyt.

How Tomica/Ruthless released an album with songs fading out after less than a minute is baffling

The hooks/choruses had samples that she didnt want to pay to clear, and she knew a Bizzy solo would be a cash cow and at that time instead of waiting and making sure the project was solid she just said fukk it, Bone fans woulda bought a blank cd with a cardboard cover at that time.

I think the same thing happened with 'The Art of War' album too, if you hear the pre-mixes there are a few samples not on the released versions

To be fair though Sin and Gates were still making music after Tombstone died and they're still on the second comp, I guess beef behind the scenes stopped them from moving forward. Either way I'd take Flesh and Layzies little brother heading up a group of newcomers and Layzie and dude from BHOW In a "super group" over the return of Powder P and Thug Queen.

I think gates was gone before the 2nd comp.
