It is, 00's babies don't have any real reason to know about it though. It hasn't been paid homage on BET or VH1 since it came out or in the Fader or Noisey or etc... no reason for them to know. Complex might have a random article on it but that's about it.

OP is right. This album is damn near flawless and even Luchini doesn't get play in people's 90s mixes and shyt. I dunno if they simply needed to be aligned with a crew back then but this (for me) was such a standout record in the 90s

The production was perfect for the types of raps they were kicking and to top it off they were really talented emcees. And they had a style thier own style too?!?!?

The 90s were too damn competitive.

Album isn't 'classic' like that. But has some fantastic songs. "Coolie High" remains one of the best hip hop songs I've ever heard. "Swing" and "Say Word" are still fire.

And imagine if "Bubblin" had made the album

Again, that 90s competition was no joke.

shyt's flawless, but rap fans is fickle with super short attention spans.

Unless you died a horrible death so you'll always be remembered, your classic albums are only as good as your visibility.
