def a mega fan. but always felt he had limitations. his style is best suited to a very specific tempo + type of beat. and sometimes even when the production is right, if the tempo isn't he sounds rushed/disjointed, or it takes him a minute to find his footing. happens a couple times on the realness (the first :30 of unforgiven.. ).

he got better at this throughout his career though.

also... when those fukking trumpets from "get out my way" kick in??? none of this shyt matters. at all. that's why mega gets a pass, imo. cause when it works it hits hard as fukk.

This was back when they had beef. He said people were telling him that Mega was talking sh*t about him, and he felt like he had to compete with Mega for his spot on the team. So he was throwing mad shots at him, lol.

But a lot of what he was saying, I agreed with. Nature was better than Mega in '98. Dude had a lot of classic work back then.

What Mega lacks in delivery he more than makes up in authenticity. His raps come from heart. When I think of the word 'street poet' Cormega is the first rapper that comes to mind.

The Realness and the Testament are borderline street classics.

I do think Nature is underrated too but the Cormega slander is wild.
