I'm sure he uses it to benefit his act, but I think that's his real personality. Dude learned how easily it is to trick people, that can lead to an apathetic outlook on life

I looked up explanations for all those tricks he did in that special. The ice pick/needle thing was him actually finding a precise spot in his body where molecules would be unaffected (he damn near revealed the trick on a podcast with Neil deGrasse Tyson). That Jamie Foxx thing was some clever trick involving a string. And that Harrison Ford one is apparently a pretty common simple trick that just involves planting a card before the trick

Yeah the icepick through the hand is insane, it's something I guess he has forced over time, like piercing an ear. He is so lucky though, when you consider how complex the hand is, some fool could easily just go in and screw their hand up of for a couple of weeks or worse.

Whatever it may be, its still a trick that requires extreme precision, practice, skill, and discipline which is what makes the trick so amazing. At the end of the day he's still sticking a solid object through his hand and things could easily go awry (which it apparently has according to him)

If you notice the MSM avoided talking to much about Hillary's "spirit cooking" alliances.....but a week later they are showing.."magic". I don't watch a lot of talk shows, but I use to...but when was the last time any major talk show had magician on set doing tricks?..
