I might start doing this, except with raw spinach. Super easy and cheap. Maybe add carrots. Boil some eggs for protein + yogurt on the side.

What's some good dressing to use that doesn't have a ton of calories and fat?
Balsamic vinaigrette, hot and sweet mustard, mustard, any type of vinaigrette (raspberry etc. )

Best thing I ever did was take that advice. I made a total of how much I spend every week on food, it was close to $40 a week. If I spent that every week that is like $2,000 a year. You could put that in a savings account, invest in a 401k, start your on Robinhood account and make money, or take a nice vacation.

I may eat out once a week usually on a Friday to treat myself.

I never thought the $6 chicken teriyaki lunch special was breaking the bank, even when I was broke.
These penny-pinching fukks think that eating pb&j sandwiches every day is the key to riches.

I eat out for lunch every day and frequently go out to dinner and still save over $5k a month. Get a better education and a better job with a higher salary so you don't have to worry about paying $8 for a burrito.

I spent $800 a month on groceries, not including the food my wife buys. I don't know where these people shop where they are feeding a family of 3-4 people for $300/month. I don't believe that bullshyt unless they are getting public aid or shipping at those ghetto convenience store shops. A weeks worth of groceries at Aldi's for one person is $150 so how are people feeding a whole family for a month on $300? These people refrigerators barren as fukk, shoveling leftover rations down thier throats in the break room of thier job out of shytty tupperware containers, and they're judging @Toyota for actually enjoying his food with his money.
