Jordan and Drake mess up your argument.
A lot of Drake dislike/hate comes from older fans of rap. They thought he was soft when he first came out, they got quiet when he hit his peak and then began to voice their displeasure again when he battled Kendrick.
Most Jordan hate comes for younger generations who didn't really get to experience watching his prime in real time.

Additional Note: Kobe is generational thing as well. People who are the same age as him or younger tend to revere him in ways older basketball fans don't.

It baffles me that Jay got a bar for everything and people will downplay his lyrics and impact in hip-hop.

"males shouldn't be jealous, that's a female trait, what you mad cause you push dimes, and he sell weight?"

Men exhibit envy and jealousy just like women. A lot of dudes be in your age group shining makes folks mad.

I disagree Drake and Jordan get a lot of hate from dudes around their age. I'm not just talking their peers in their field, I'm talking about everyday brehs too. The younger generations don't really hate Jordan, they (including myself) just didn't get to fully appreciate him so he's not valued correctly. Same with Drake, he gets hate from older dudes in his field but most older brehs in everyday life don't have a strong dislike for him, they just don't get the hype.

Breh read 48 laws of power and think he deep.

I think people are free to like or dislike any celeb.

Fans who get upset or write think pieces online because other people don't like their artists or athlete need to get over themselves.

Everything aint gonna be deep. nikkas be trying so hard to be profound.

Drake is just another lightskinned nikka that darkskinned nikkas hated to see win or smile or some shyt.

I wasn’t a big fan, but I liked some of his shyt mainly for production, and the fact that he brought females out to the club/fun type shyt. He was rarely serious to me. That type of music should have a place especially in hiphop. Music that make folks feel something positive sometimes.

So most of the gassing of Kendrick and that garbage ass song was because of this. nikka had to drop like 40 tracks, with 4 extra nikkas, just because Drake responded and nikkas think that’s a “win”.

Other than that, I wouldn’t have cared. Notice nobody gives af about really going out anymore. Notice mainstream music overall is trash. Non-musical scammer/sex work shyt dominating the airwaves.

And Kendrick isn’t some “pro-black genius” that these nikkas tried to make him seem. I saw more non-black people saying “They not like us” than I did anyone else. On and offline. And If you trying to use the Pedo-card to win a rap battle, you should at least have proof.
