id agree with that, its also getting to the heart of where our blessings come from and what really is "good"
after the ordeal Job knew that only God is good, and that we can do no good without God. Thats why when Satan came in the forms that he came Job never saw them coming because his assumption about his status of being good was that he himself did the good rather than God doing the good through him.
its like folks who OD on the "made in Gods image after his likeness" without really considering "What is God's image and likeness?" If we are told to not judge after sight, then what is God's likeness? Is it a visual thing or a quality thing?![]()
@MMS when you read through Job it's pretty interesting that Job 38 - Job 41 is God's longest speech/dialogue throughout the entire Bible.
