Why is finding a decent job so hard?

I was trying to get a seasonal part time jobs so ive been going to all the little shops in the mall and filling out apps. Only problem is no one will hire me they all want you to have experience or a bachelor degree or they just want too much of me physically and emotionally. Or they want you to fill out those dumb ass online applications that take an hour to complete and ask you the same question over and over. Im not doin that shyt I havent had a regular job since I was in high school in 2008. Plus the jobs that will hire me are shytty ass $9.00/hr jobs that want you to do WAYYY too much work for too little amount of money. I feel like my past has spoiled me because I dont want to work for $70 dollars a day before taxes when I was making quadruple that in less than an hour. Im not cleaning up bathrooms or standing on my feet doing hard labor for that small amount of money. Plus im not taking no drug test and I dont want to stop smoking weed. I guess I can say I tried but at the end of the day those little "respectable" jobs just arent for me.

So learn Spanish.
Seek financial aid services and counselors that will get you into a school where you can get a degree.
Get off your butt and take whatever crap job you can because nobody starts at the top.
You need that $70 a day job to get you the $120 a day job to get you the $150 a day job.

I'm trying to tell yall, I'm not just fishing for daps, they are phasing blacks out of the employment sector. They what you to be DEPENDENT; either on welfare and unemployment to which they will give and take away your benefits as they feel; you will work low wage jobs so you can't afford to live; and if you do get a break they want you isolated, thats why their are few blacks and other minorities in decent wage jobs, swimming in a sea of white people - they want you to feel vulnerable to their demands.

Really? Because when I was looking for childcare for TJ they all had a rule that you had to pick your kid up by 5pm or they charged extra. I would love to do childcare though because then I could bring him with me to work. If the nursing program doesnt work out it was one of my other choices for getting a degree.

Yeah, well see, I'm from South America so I guess it's different here. There are tons of 24 hour daycare services because of parents that work grave yard shifts. I'm sure they have something like that where you're from. Maybe Google it? Not sure but don't lose hope. You'll find something.

learning a new language is not just a 123 kind of thing it takes a very long time. yeah i could learn spanish but how does that get me thorugh today? And I have thought of doing the financial aid hustle. I get like $1,200 a semester for 9 credit hours so I may pick up some other classes next semester.

Try a 24 hour call center environment... it's not much money but it might be flexible.
