WHY IS HIV/AIDS HIGHER AMONG BLACKS?

No wonder Donald Trump has a chance at being president...People just want to hate without facts...
My two cents (of course no one has to take it):
- Blacks overall don't trust hospitals/clinics and feel like we can fight off anything internal or even with physical health. All we "need is prayer". I believe that we may not feel like we should get checked up, if a limb isn't hanging off or we're not on our death bed. We believe in being tough.
- In African cultures, there are some sex rituals which spread the disease.
- In Africa, the rape cases are staggeringly high against women, men, even youth.
- Blacks are very anti gay because of historic emasculation through white supremacy, so even beyond being heavily into prayer/faith/religion, Blacks are one of the least likely to tolerate or embrace LGBTQ people. Almost every Black LGBTQ person I know has been abused since childhood for being "different" and to be toughened up. This continues through out their lives from other Blacks. So this creates a big fear in anyone, especially those who can "hide" their mannerisms and blend in with heterosexuals. Some repress the urges but may vent their anti homo beliefs. Others act on them and do the DL stuff and get away with it, while also protecting their lives. Think of the Black Church and how many gays and DL people frequent those.
- (above) DL persons (who have sex unprotected).
- Gays (anyone apart of that LGBTQ spectrum) especially males are taught and brainwashed that their lives are wrong, shouldn't exist and they are bound to contract HIV/AIDS, so many of them feel like eventually they'll get it anyway and just fukk everyone raw. Or slip up and don't care.
- Heterosexuals who feel invincible with HIV/AIDS (who believe the only result will be pregnancy). They sometimes do the pull out. Other times don't care too. She looks good. She's thick. He doesn't look sick. He has no bumps anywhere. Ok. Let's fukk. I handled the pregnancy scare with birth control. Nothing at all to worry about.
- Prostitution and drug use. (as said previously - Poverty). Survival sex and addiction to drugs. Those who had rough childhoods/adolescent years and have nothing and no one.
- Those who are infect who seek revenge on other people - a lot of times an entire gender, because of one person who either didn't disclose their status or lied, so they want to infect as many other people as they can, who will be fooled into falling for the flesh.
- Internet hookups/sex apps /clubs. Meeting randoms, one night stands, casual comfortable sex and not always using condoms and trusting people way too fast.

Neutrophils are USELESS against HIV...
Neutrophils respond to acute inflammation typically from extracellular bacterial infection...HIV like most viruses is intracellular, and it infects CD4+ cells...Thus, the infected CD4+ cells get destroyed by cellular immunity...
That leaves HIV infected people open for opportunistic infections, because CD4+ cells play a key role in the immune system...

1) First, HIV/AIDS is was not synthesized to kill us. That makes no sense. If you want to make it about race, Patient 0 is a white man.
2) It is not an anal disease. Just so happens that the anal cavity is a hot bed for bacteria and viruses that allows the disease to sustain itself very well.
3) Poverty. HIV/AIDS is an immune disorder. Poverty begets disease in that living conditions for those that inhabit those spaces aren't always "livable" so in places like Africa, you some countries where clean environments aren't always in abundance. For example, frequent exposure to fecal matter or unclean drinking water. Or the fact that SIV arose first and people often engage in "bushmeat" practices. In the states, you can think about all of these things on a smaller scale and throw in intravenous drug use (i.e, sharing needles, reuse of needles exposed to air, etc.) Most individuals don't die from AIDS; they die because of other things and the immune system isn't working properly to handle it. Kinda reminds of me the Black Death. Rodents carried this pathogen (Y. pestis) and were living among people, people became expose to the pathogen, and because the human immune system hadn't had a chance to habituate itself (that plus certain forms of signaling in the immune system are picky when it comes to endogenous or exogenous pathogens), a shyt ton of people died. It is what it is.

The West, in the 80s, was still pretty closed off to queer folks so A LOT of queer folks went to places like South America (Brazil) and Haiti because they had brothels that didn't mind gay folks being...gay. Aforementioned, these places did't always have environments that are the cleanest plus the climate is hot. Pathogens love hot and wet climates. That mixed with the same pool of people having unprotected sex...well.

My point is, it is more likely that someone in the red would make such a silly thread. A simple google search would have provided you with answers from professionals backed with research, instead you come here to start stuff.
