There needs to be tighter laws on owning homes for the purpose of renting them out. I’ve seen a few cats in this economy go belly up and take 5-6 families with them. Seen a couple folks sell houses right from underneath tenants too

I don't have a problem with people owning real estate.

What should be illegal is you can't be a foreigner owning U.S. real estate. You should have to be a citizen for a few years.

That would cut out all of those Chinese, Russian, Eastern European buyers inflating our markets to park their dirty overseas cash.

I don’t have a problem with this. Just ban Americans from owning property outside of the US. I don’t think this solves the housing problem though.

Start making deals with people in these old black neighborhoods before Mark Spain and Blackstone does. Status Quo Joe mentioned a $25k homebuyers credit once last year and we haven't heard anything since. Meanwhile the average home price has risen well beyond that in one year.

What percent of the budget do you think that is? It’s definitely the bases fam. You gotta stock those bases full of personal and food as well as monthly bills to run it and equipment.
