cuz healthy foods dont taste good.

I disagree with this

bad food is cheaper and quicker to make

Thanks for the links! I love sweet potatoes and very rarely Chi-fila waffle fries. Other than that I don't eat potatoes either. I did the low carb lifestyle for like 3 or 4 years. I still keep my carbs on the lower side, but now I mostly just follow a whole food diet (which is pretty much South beach).

I do like some sweat potatoes patties on the side and you can also try a burger with some sweat potato as the burger

but I cant do low carb thing since Im addicted to wheat

I eat sandwiches all the time its my go to food

plus I love me some tortillas/wraps, which I fill with so much green that its hard to close and eat

I used to eat the wraps that were very high in fiber.

I eat pretty healthy, i'm lying if i say i don't. But I'm sure my diet at best, I would get a C+.

The more you do eat healthy the easier it all gets, I haven't eaten fast food, outside a handful of instances, in years. But, even the last year, I cut out, or really cut back on chips, pasta, red meat, all that, I still have cheat days, but, it will usually be a nice restaurant, some pasta, or a french place, steak and fries, and I still eat sweets, as an indulgence for dessert. I won't east fast food, period. No heavy breakfasts, ever. Cereal for breakfast, lunch, turkey sandwich on wheat with spring mix salad, dinner rostesserie chicken + salad, or salmon, turkey burger, something along those lines. I also stopped buying anything frozen, everything fresh. Deli meats and cheeses, fish, chicken, besides a pack of turkey burgers, that will sit maybe less then a week. No frozen foods, or dinners. I'm strung out on eating healthy now, but I'm not a freak about it, I get candy at the movies, Cinnabons for dessert, cookies, whatever. I see the way my friends are eating at our age 26-27, and it's just motivation.

yeah there's a place in Philly that sells all kinds of healthy wraps made from different kinds of vegetables, they even have one which is spicy but they're usually more expensive than the enriched wheat ones sold every where

my mom made some rice and beans(gandules actually) and fried pork chops and as much as I try to avoid that, I hardly eat pork when I eat meat, I had to eat it and then ate some more rice later

Have Some Will Power Breh

I Know Its Easier Said Then Done

But Soon As You Fight Through That 1st 2 Weeks You'll Be Ok

Pretty much.

Our brains for the most don't like change, and your will power will dwindle the most over the first few weeks of forcing yourself to do something you're not accustomed to doing(eating healthy, working out, studying, ext.) It's best to keep going and push through. All comes down to will power. Even taking a 'splurge' day is extremely dangerous, because as soon as you do, you break the habit you were forming and your will gets that much weaker. After a couple of months, it just becomes a habit and you'll ride by fast food restaurants without the urge. You just have to form the habit, whatever it may be.

I think it's actually pretty easy to eat healthy.

The reason I don't is because I can't afford to.
