if you really wanna be successful you need to redefine healthy
secondly, body composition effects you more in the long run than dietary components
ideally the things i watch for
overall daily calories
normalize salt intake
maximize protein intake
minimize foods that
only have carbs
not necessarily carbs in general but i dont eat lets say spaghetti...instead ill have manicotti/ravioli(cheese/beef filling, less pasta needed to feel satisfied)

but when you realize that carbs are essentially made specifically for quick energy and not satiety you make easier choices.
outside of the 4 there, most stuff you hear is bullshyt or either people who cut for contests(which isnt sustainable year long)
