If a cup of water is on a table you can either knock the cup over (technique) or u can knock the table over (power). Either spills the water.
But many participants of street brawls are not skilled enough or lucky enough to hit the cup... or even understand where to aim. So most worldstar type knockouts instead come from power. Missing the cup entirely but hitting an area near the cup hard enough to rattle the table, spilling the water anyway.

OP didn't say it had to be pretty,so with that said it,it's not that hard and you probaly just not trying hard enough...you should be able to overpower a woman and then pummel her til she go night night....not that I'm condoning that or do that myself...just saying it shouldn't be that hard if you had to do it.
