He had 2 years of good play and 2 years of poor play. Kaep has had just as many good years and some amazing PLAYOFF play as well. Something Luck does not have. And on top of that, Luck has played lesser competition. Any QB in the NFC West would play even better in any other division. Kaep had no issue beasting on mediocre/poor teams just like Cam and Luck have had the opportunity of doing in those weak divisions.
