I keep hearing Melo is 30, Bosh is 30 and they are old. LeBron will be 30 for the MAJORITY of the 2014-15 season. Why isn't he old? he also has more "mileage" on him than any of those so called "old" players.

LBJ a lot better than those nikkaz

nikkaz get old but that isn't the whole story sometimes.

Hakeem best 3 season in the NBA were played while he was in his 30's :ld:

Malone peaked when he was 34.

Bigs tend to have greater longevity due to their style of play. If you look at most guards that last a long time, they generally adopt a post based game. I don't know if Malone peaked at 34 or if the talent pool dipped enough to make it seem like he was doing something better than he had been doing the previous decade.

in terms of having skill and IQ on the same page, Malone peaked in his mid 30s.

he never had a major injury until he played the Lakers so he gets to keep improving his game even in his 30's

And Jordan was winning titles in his mid 30's. And don't hit me with the "retirement" shyt either cause that just probably denied MJ of more titles if anything.

What was the notable difference between him at 34 and let's say, 29 though. You look at Mike and you can say he peaked once he developed that J and still had the athleticism. Same with Bron. What exactly was Malone doing at 34 that he wasn't doing before?

You know what this is interesting too I remember when fat ass Barkley was trying to shyt on Bron and “superteams” for linking up with the cats down in Miami but when people brought up his time with the Rockets its was all types of Juezling excuses as to why it was cool for him or the Celtics because they were “old” and :flabbynsick: @ 31-32 ...wonder if that narrative would hold true if Bron goes elsewhere with stars this offseason :sas2:

It would still be unfair to some people :russ:

As long as Lebron can play like this he will be looked at taking the easier path :francis:

It's funny because
KG
PP
And ray got together at 31 but they was called old and past the prime (and that was used to shyt on bron because he could not beat 3 sure fire hall of fame players with that horrible cavs team)

Barkley went to Houston at 31-32 he said there was all old and washed

But somehow Lebron is deemed diffent and it's not fair to have a super old

Korver
Wade
A washed Jeff feeen
A can't defend love
A broken down rose
A 8 and 8 Tristan that can't score who missed tons of time
IT who have not played yet
A 31 year old JR who have not had a good game yet

And to top it all off

Jose caldron is your starting point :wow:

And the STILL saying this team is stacked :scust:
