Because men especially black men are not a protected class. Society wants us to man up and be a man, be this and that but when we strap our boots up and get it how we live we are persecuted, prosecuted and vilified by the same people that encourage it.
Sometimes I feel like an outlaw because I operate 80% to my own standard as opposed to what could be considered the norm. For instance I won't judge a man that cries, feels pain, hopeless, helpless etc instead I would understand and encourage because I know we are humans just like everybody else and we have feelings and emotions as well and ain't nothing wrong with expressing them
