It's never appropriate to let a little girl sit on a man's lap unless it's her father or the man that raised her, and even that it's just in moments like a picture, carpooling, or just a loving moment with your daughter. You think fathers are just out here lounging with their daughters sitting on they laps everyday? That would be sick and signs of a potential problem
