Orange juice is coloring plus sugar, if you need to take orange juice, i suggest making it yourself so you are sure there are no other substances in it aside fruits

Word. Buying concentrated orange juice is consuming pure sugar. Either buy oranges and juice your own or make a smoothie.

I used to love apple/orange juice until I researched into how unhealthy they both are.
