I haven't seen people's pants/jeans sagging in six years (pretty much when it stopped), so don't know where you seeing people sagging and I'm outside almost everyday and don't see it

I still see it and I don't understand it.
When I did it, it was at the tail end of the tall tees era and my parents always sized me up in clothes because they thought "I would grow into them," but I was like 100lbs and like 5'5".
My clothes we're too big and belts couldn't even keep my pants up.
Sagging ended the moment I got clothes in my size, and started hitting up Abercrombie & Fitch/H&M around 2011.
