Why is pants sagging still popular?

I used to sag, but in my day clothes were still oversized and I did it kind of on the low so you couldn't tell if I was intentionally sagging or just sloppy. It is funny how when you get older, you see just how ridiculous and stupid it looks. Especially these idiots with the tight pants. Sh!t ain't cool, it's homo'd out.
