PND being on ovo has nothing to do with him not blowing....Weeknd was never signed so he never left
PND being on ovo has helped him so much....you are gonna get millions of plays regardless from that ovo soundcloud. Makkonnen does millions and he is trash I'm out...PND isn't that good. Tiller is better and the entire world including drake knows it.
