Of course, it boils down to someone not being the trenches. If you are Black and Grew up in a neighborhood full of Blacks it doesnt matter the ethnicity of each person you all are growing up in the same culture and there are certain things about Black culture that are essentially universal. The main critics of Blacks from Specific Cultures are those going off of white supremacist narratives. Like how can a Nigerian Cat tell a Black American "how black americans act" when the Nigerian dude aint been in America but 6 months , the same thing goes the other way too though. Like I always say c00ns have no Ethnicity or Nation, so you can't stereotype an entire group of people as being a c00n but treat the c00ns in your own community as some "one off" or "rare case", Blacks globally have been mentally conditioned to think in a poisonous manner towards each other.
