Its a fact staticially speaking white people are convicted of Marijuana less than minorities, yet they make up the majority of this country. The bigger stat that never gets talked about is how many other white people never get charged in the first place. How would they track this??? Because if they find a spec on me, I'm going to jail. Your entire argument is moot because athletes can drink, something far more destructive and damaging then marijuana. You're basically just saying deal with it its the rules and not really examining the logic of players being able to consume alcohol but not being able to consume marijuana.

Again, it is like that in plenty of jobs. Most players also don't drink during the middle of the day whereas with weed you can do just about whenever and get away with people not finding out.

If they made it legal I wouldn't care, but I also don't think it's the worst idea for them not to be able to do it.

We're not talking about whether plenty of jobs require drug testing. We're talking about the logic of it. So you're basically saying weed doesn't even effect you enough for other people to notice, which is my entire point. It's not extremely intoxicating. If you're saying weed should be banned because some people will use it irresponsibly, then alcohol should be banned as well because some players will use it irresponsibly. The NBAPA has some control over changing these rules, so it is easily feasible that it is changed
