Why is Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. considered Pac's worst album?

When people talk about Pac's albums, 2Pacalypse Now and Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. are always ranked at the bottom but I always notice people labeling Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. as his worst album more so than 2Pacalypse Now. It's also the least talked about Pac album despite having two of his biggest hits (IIRC Tupac Resurrection didn't even talk about the album, they just talked about the singles and that was it).

Can't see how an album with the bolded songs is considered worse than 2Pacalypse Now

Holla If Ya Hear Me easily make this album a very solid project and this album put Pac in heavy rotation coming off of the energy from Brenda’s Got a Baby on his first album.

Its probably my fav Pac album

It was mine for the longest (since it was my introduction to Pac) but after listening to Me Against The World over and over again, that album is not only my favorite Pac album but it's also my favorite album of all time.

The production is different considering the producers he worked with like easy mo be, dad, dr Dre, & etc. his first & last album is the real 2pac too me. Everything else was commercial

No matter what with any discography something has to be considered the worst with the most obvious reason being they think the other ones are better.

My favorite Pac album. This is the album that made me a Pac fan. Militant Pac at his best. And in my opinion, a true reflection of his actual persona. I just could never get into All Eyez On Me or Makaveli. It just seemed like posturing after what Pac started out as. Like Suge forced him to create that character.
