arent from the uk, why did you move to america?because thats where i live and i try to understand my surroundings
None of the shyt you just mentioned is about the tech. It's just industry standards. I've had a chip-and-pin debit card since I was at FSU in 09.1. i get into my boys car, we got a long journey... so i plug my hard drive into the USB to watch 'civil war' that i downloaded, guess what... his mustang don't even play video. in 2016 a car that doesnt play video
2. only now, just now americans are getting chip and pin in credit and debit cards, meanwhile its been the norm for over a decade in europe
3. its not technology but damn annoying there are ads on tv every 5minutes, literally. then near the end of the shows they cut to an add... then go back to the tv show for the tv show to end in 2minutes
4. internet compared to europe is terrible
5. phone plans are the worst. in uk you can have phone plans that allow you to use your phone unlimited in nearly every country on the planet for free. nope not in usa.
the chip and pin cards gotta be the wildest shyt though, i can't even use my contactless debit card in usa. disgustya
i wanna slowly but surely have a few places across the globe. started with uk, then usa, and next i want a place in spain seeing as its cheap there.arent from the uk, why did you move to america?
chip and pin is tech, that isnt standard which is insane, along with everything else i mentioned/None of the shyt you just mentioned is about the tech. It's just industry standards.

....please elaborate more on this....so you plugged your portable hard drive into the USB and expected to see video??.....
......ok.....i don't drive a suv nor do i drive a mini van and i have video in my car. its called in car entertainment,
That's DOT law, you're not supposed to have video playing in view of the driver, sounds like the UK got some really unsafe driving laws if you the driver can kick back and enjoy Law & Order on the roads.lol you're just being petty. I've had chip in pin since I was at FSU in 09. They probably disabled video in that car so people wouldn't be inclined to watch movies and shyt while they're driving.chip and pin is tech, that isnt standard which is insane, along with everything else i mentioned/
I have music and podcasts for entertainment. Having the option as an upgrade to watch videos on the dash is distracting considering its already enough shyt to fiddle with anyway up there.i don't drive a suv nor do i drive a mini van and i have video in my car. its called in car entertainment,
nah breh not distracting for me,I have music and podcasts for entertainment. Having the option as an upgrade to watch videos on the dash is distracting considering its already enough shyt to fiddle with anyway up there.
ive never crashed, the driver just doesnt look at the videoThat's DOT law, you're not supposed to have video playing in view of the driver, sounds like the UK got some really unsafe driving laws if you the driver can kick back and enjoy Law & Order on the roads.
yup, same way when i plug a hard drive into my car i can watch the video....please elaborate more on this....so you plugged your portable hard drive into the USB and expected to see video??.....
......ok.....

lol this dude is just a terrible troll. What the OP described has nothing to do with technology and everything to do with safety regulation. Most $200 EE head units can play video. When and if you are allowed to play it is another thing altogether. Internet speeds again, are not a technology thing. Plenty of providers capable of whatever speed, but how they administer it is generally left to the market(Generally is about is good as I will give them). As far as card chips go, US has long had higher credit and debit card use than the rest of the world. So those systems are in place and have become ultra-reliable. Far more of a monumental infrastructure change for US companies than in places that simply didn't have the old infrastructure.
