Just cuz the coach is gone doesnt mean change is goin happen over night. I dont know if you ever played sports before but you cant just change a culture or system with one move most of the time. Just because mchale.got canned it didnt mean we were goin to rapidly become a substantially better team.

There really isn't a great difference to his play this season. The difference is the defense isn't what it was last season - that's the biggest issue. While Harden was your most important player (without question), y'all won games because y'all had a top-5 defense for pretty much the entire season.

I watched this team. They need a leader on the sideline. Csn ou blame the defense when the offense got on a 2 pt in 7 minutes scoring drought. We gone on droughts all season long. Theres no continuity to the lineups we throuw out from night to night basis. I dont think bickerstwff wss soution. He can only do so much with his experience but i said it to you once before. We peaked with mchale. It was time for a change. Theres a lot goin on here. Things would not be better with mchale still here.
My opinion on this situation will not divert without the assistance of time passed to alter it.Stop it.
All (in a general sense) the problems that were there under McHale at the start of the season, are still there. This is why it's got NOTHING to do with McHale - you were acting as if he was the root to y'all problems.
It's not going to change - this is what your team is - it's been 42 games and y'all are still giving inconsistent effort with players having mental lapses on both ends. Are you going to tell me that McHale's influence is still lingering around after a couple of months? Or is there bigger issues with your team, that have always been there but you have used McHale as a scapegoat?
I never said there wasn't issues with the offense, just that the defense is the biggest cause of concern/ differential from last season. Of course y'all have issues on offense, I've been trying to tell you this for the last 2-3 season, at least. While you were acting like your team has the right personnel for a title run - they don't.
Of course y'all needed a change, not because McHale was the issue, but because the players stopped playing for him. However, you're kidding yourself if you think this current crop of players is going to compete for a title.
