Respect but I haven't seen any actual study or research other than "they said so" and a whole bunch of people in this thread who don't wanna admit they don't know getting they feathers all ruffledSome leafy greens are hard to digest... didn’t know collards was one of them... but yeah... I used to hear old schoolers talk about “quick exit” foods back in the day... my grand daddy was one of them. My pops got on that shyt about 8 years ago
