Yeah, growing up I ate greens pretty much every Sunday after church. Live in Chicago, my mom's parents were from Mississippi. Grandfather grew collard and mustard greens, along with other shyt, in the backyard. So it was nothing for him to go in the garden, pull some stuff for my grandma to cook. Usually greens with 1 or 2 more sides.Oh you probably like 2 generations removed from Mississippi .
Most people season to taste I know I dont use any more than 3 tablespoons when I Cook a pot and instead of pork I use Turkey legs.
