pay out the ass to deal with a bunch of hassles and overpriced concessions at the game while traveling to get there, or watching with friends and family at home with better and cheaper food/drink options and a better product on tv. its not a tough choice

For the cost of a ticket you can buy a 80" inch 3d lcd TV and really great surround system.

I'd take that and just watch it st home.

I'd say the combination of the ticket prices going up exponentially in a shytty economy combined with the price of large HDTV's dropping like a rock in the ocean, and there u have it. I'd rather drop $100 and watch the game in HD on a big tv with the food of my choice than drop a few grand to watch in the nosebleeds, while getting gouged on food, gas, hotels along the way. I'm sorry, but that's for the birds.

That Ravens purple is pretty unappealing even though i'm rooting for them but honestly from a football perspective its a great matchup with great storylines

People complain that the SB always features Patriots, Giants, Steelers, Packers, Colts then when those teams don't make it, people stay away in droves.

Thats the point it has nothing to do with the price of ticket prices as to why a lot less tickets are getting sold as past super bowls when the prices were the same and economy at least as shytty

Simply ticket prices. NFL attendance in general is starting to take a hit because the cost of attending is not worth it

Probably has something to do with the Ravens being a smaller fan base and not a huge bangwagon type of team but who cares? The place will be full come kickoff and a 100M+ will watch at home.

like everyones saying, ticket prices...what a nosebleeed seat cost I can buy a PSL and season tickets for to Ravens games....shyt ain't worth it...then StubHub being around doesn't help
