Why is there no third world white country/civilization?

I've always wondered this.

Why aren't there any white people living in the middle of nowhere in some mud huts?
Or white people in caves?
Why aren't there any white civilizations that live in absolute poverty, suffering from starvation, disease and constant war?

When it comes to every other race though...there is a third world civilization/country SOMEWHERE in the world...

I'm genuinely curious how this came to be...

How white washed are you to believe white people all across the globe are at least all middle class? There are a ton of 3rd world white countries. The reason u don't see a lot is because white people are only 10 percent of the world population
