Why is this tv so cheap?

That tv is not that good. Had the same model in a 55 before. The processor on it is garb when it has to upscale 720p content from cable/satellite to 1080. There was alot of pixelation and the motion is just ok. You have to calibrate it to get the picture to look good. When watching blurays or 1080p content it did a solid job. 3d was useless to me.

Its not really cheap for todays market.
Theres better deals for a 40" LED

The F5500 can be found for cheaper and its a better tv even though its only 60hz
