There was an issue with one of the Regional hubs that serve atlanta or something so it even made the news. it really boils down to your regional office, but Fedex doesn't even have stuff like select delivery time or follow delivery on a map
UPS has it, but it’s useless because the package just says “out for delivery”. It could arrive from a facility 15 mins away and be “out for delivery”, for 12 hours.

I have heard people mention specific hubs having issues before. I’m not sure what the follow delivery on a map means, but I’ve noticed alot of UPS tracking info just flat out saying it can’t currently give a delivery date.

It’s always so interesting to me that so many people feel that way about FedEx (even friends say the same). I ship 5-10 items daily, mostly USPS but anything over a pound I typically ship FedEx and I’ve never had any issues. UPS on the other hand have damaged items in transit multiple times to the point that I go extra with packaging if I know I have to send it through them.
Numerous factors come into play with these companies

I don't fault them for possibly damaging a car part I ordered the shipper should've packaged that heavy shyt much better.

However I do fault them for delaying my package 2 days, had the nerve to mark that shyt delivered like I aint see the fukking truck pause by my house & go on his way :mjtf:

Ain’t shyt funny mayne

Right especially when it’s already hard to get a W on those sites. I had a Nike package come from FedEx once where the bottom of the box was literally pulled open by someone. I’m surprised that they didn’t just jack or swap out the shoes since it was open for them to do it.

FedEx is just as bad as well.

FedEx is the WORST.

I live in an Apartment building with tons of buildings. It's easy to deliver to the wrong building if you relying on GPS and not reading the signs. Of course, the driver delivered to the wrong house. It was at least $900 worth of stuff that I ordered and when I called FedEx snapping, their response was the driver marked it down that he was at the right house, so....that's that, goodbye :hubie: Like what kind of due diligence is that :stopitslime: I will never fukk with them ever again for that alone.

UPS I can't complain about much, FedEx on the other hand, lately deliveries have been all over the place. Item is in a hub in Grove City, OH, next day is up in Michigan, then finally back over to Ohio. FedEx needs to offer what UPS does, be able to route packages to your nearest local pickup facility.
