Why is UPS so subpar now?

Havent had any problem so far shipping packages to USPS, but I've heard of many thefts from UPS and FedEx

One time I was waiting for a UPS package, I'm sitting in my apartment, it's quiet AF, I see a shadow and hear footsteps approach the door, I hear him touch the door, (he was gonna leave the sticker on the door) then I hear him walking away. I get up quickly and run to the door, I'm like this m'fukka! I open the door and I see the guy down the hall, I'm like hey! He comes back making some excuse, "oh I didn't see no lights" I'm like ring the door man WTF. I proceed to chew him out. These m'fukkas just be instigating shyt out of thin air.

FedEx is just as bad as well.

I was supposed to get a package on Dec 22nd. I got 31 messages of my package being out for delivery and delivery delayed. I finally got it jan 18th. The box was smashed up and dusty. They told me there is nothing they can do. All I can do is get a shipping refund from the place that sent it. Basically "that's not our problem". fukk fedex

There was an issue with one of the Regional hubs that serve atlanta or something so it even made the news. it really boils down to your regional office, but Fedex doesn't even have stuff like select delivery time or follow delivery on a map

There was a dude in Alabama that dumped his whole truck in the river at least 6 times. 300-400 packages each time.

I think it also depends on where you live. I don't have any issues with ups here where I am but USPS and FedEx are terrible.

They don't ring the bell bc of covid. That's not something personal they do to you or anybody else. Imagine doing your job correctly and clients still losing their shyt yelling at you.

Absolutely no reason not to ring the bell when it's right in front of you and you're already INSIDE the building. UPS is shyt.

Sidenote: it's crazy how things really are before or during covid. Like not knocking now is completely understandable but before covid that shyt was disrespectful. The world really is a different place than it was 3 years ago

The UPS website is so trash. At my job, using the company account, I can’t easily tell where I’ve sent packages and who has sent packages to me. It’s terrible.

Amazon and UPS has been trash as of late, leaving packages outside of a residential building where anyone can walk by and steal the shyt. Just ring the damn doorbell.

Fed Ex has been trash since they half assed several packages that I never received from GNC back in 2019. I’ve seen videos of their delivery drivers throwing “fragile, handle with care” packages over fences like a damn javelin and walking off without a care in the world.
