Considering how many people are ordering their stuff online all these delivery services are overextended. As long as my shyt doesn't come in broken, I'm good. Anything more important than that. I'll drive to the physical store if possible.
Them Amazon trucks be coming like CLOCKWORK. I get my packages everyday. Amazon even dropped off a sectional sofa yesterday day early FREE shipping.

Let it be fed ex and they lying that they did the delivery and if I’m luck they’ll make the delivery tomorrow

I’m okay with UPS. FedEx on the other hand…I had a firearm that was shipped to a local FFL so I can pick it up. I live in IN, the firearm came from IL. Normally should take a day or two to get to me. It went all the way to California, sat there for a week, and then came back through IL then was delivered to me. It was over two weeks after shipping before I got it. And that’s not the only time some crazy stuff has happened with FedEx. They’re the WOAT.

UPS dikkheads delivered my package to somebody else building (I live in a big city) took a pic of the package in someone else lobby and then skated. Their customer service assh0les in Mumbai spun me for 2 days only to have the manager call me at 10 PM to ask for my email address so I COULD FILE A CLAIM ONLINE. Ridiculous.

I had a package coming from UPS to my workplace. These dudes kept trying to deliver it at like 7:30 PM when the building was closed.

So I had to pay 5.99 extra to have it dropped off at a UPS store. But the location that I chose in the app didn’t hold packages, so they automatically chose a different spot for me.

The place they chose was a convenient store further away from my workplace. I get there and it’s just a big ass pile of boxes. It was just by luck that mine was the first one I grabbed.

And then I got charged 5.99 again because the redelivery service was actually a UPS subscription.

Haven’t used UPS in forever. I buy everything off of Amazon and have had no issues.
