Why is ZOOM so popular?

Zoom lapped Skype and google hangouts. Both companies looking really funny in the light.

Once they fix the security issue it’s over

It was probably the first thing to pop up in a teleconferencing software search.

But it's name is Zoom. Not Teams, not Slack, not WebEx, not Skype, not Hangouts. But Zoom. It shouldn't have been the 1st thing to pop up. It quite literally should have been the last.
