It is an EXCELLENT question...You just know that you don't have a good answer for it...
(1) Do you realize that you are essentially saying that Hip Hop is a CRIMINAL culture?
(2) Hip Hop was invented by young people just trying to have fun and molest underage Puerto Rican boys...It was invented with a specific function or mission, but at one point, the predominant message in Hip Hop was Black Empowerment...
2Pac was complaining about the USA not having a Black President, but the USA had a Black President for 8 years, and Hip Hop has NOT made him the ULTIMATE personification of achievement...
Instead, Hip Hop chooses to glorify murderers and drug dealers...

Presidents are historically not that powerful domestically. But they have immense power in foreign policy. The executive branch under W Bush and Obama is more powerful than it has ever been in US history. Which is a bad thing.
