Why isn't "it too much too soon" for Balor?

There are ways to argue this....Reigns was undefeated for a long time. They had him beat Punk a few times clean in early 2014...had him go over Blandy at Summerslam..kept the Cena burial shyt from him. Had Bryan put him over on the mic after injury:laugh: Balor got a big debut...bigger than Lesnar, Angle, Rock, Austin, any of em. We'll see what commences at Summerslam.

First of all there's no hypocrisy. One guy is good and OVER, the other isnt. Secondly, one strong night on Raw is in no way comparable to a 2-year Superman push. I dont think anyone is expecting Balor to win the title and suddenly be unbeatable at the top of the card from here on out. If that happens then we can at least compare them but as of now this thread is nonsense.
Balor is good and he's over to an extent. But why don't you consider Reigns "good"? Any objective viewer would say he's been in some incredible matches.

Much like Cena he can put on good matches when facing all the best guys in the company in hyped up main events, but I wouldnt ever consider him one of the best wrestlers. His mic work is some of the worst ever IMO and the entire character itself is almost beyond salvaging at this point.

The fans chose Finn. He had the biggest pop on the draft show, and the biggest pop on Raw. He had a face vs face encounter with Roman and the fans made their choice. The fans never chose Roman Reigns, I don't understand how it'd be hypocrisy. Plus NXT is a part of WWE universe.

You can't let IWC dictate your business

Taking the title off Flair and putting on Botcha Banks also was just :snoop: Money is in the chase

Who in the company has good matches with bad wrestlers? That is a pretty odd reason to penalize someone. I think it's concerning when someone has subpar matches with good wrestlers, which is my gripe with Ambrose.

And would you consider Balor a good promo?
