Why isn’t my weed growing?

Started a lil grow with a bad seed I found from some gelatti…it’s sprouted, made it to the second set of leaves ( only one leaf came out the other side looks retarded…but the past few weeks I haven’t noticed any growth…what do yall think the problem is???

I kno it’s not the best time to grow but it’s not freezing here

You giving it any nutrients or is the soil you’re using high in nitrogen? What kind of light are you using? You said it’s cold where you’re at? How cold is the environment that it’s growing in?

Chronic is female plant that hasn't been pollinated. If u find a seed in chronic it means it pollinated itself
Get some seeds from a seed bank

can’t grow outside this time of year because the days are too short and it just wants to bud instead of vegging to a decent size first. You have to bring it inside until spring time. or give it a light outside somehow.
