Last time I checked he wasn't being called Mr. Unreliable so being humble or not ain't got shyt to do with it. There's a better candidate for the award and it isn't really that close, so the MVP conversation is a short one.
He isn't, but I think everybody generally understands (should understand) the point.

Based off what? Curry is like 10x the scorer that Westbrook is.
Westbrook is a better on-ball defender but he's not a great defender either. I think people see his motor and athletic ability so they assume he's a better defender than he is.
Westbrook is a better rebounder but the difference in their scoring is huge.
TBF i think russy missed 15 games himself and they went like 6-9 or something. @Loose would have the raw numbers.
But even without durant if russy played all 82 they would've won 50+ games
