There are just far too many viruses and pathogens associated with it. They are ever evolving and they vary quite a lot. It's not like it's 1 or 2 pathogens that cause it. Anything that could possibly cure the cold would probably end up mutating and killing us. I'm good. lol

the common cold is pretty much a common term for about 200 different virus strands. you would have to cure each and everyone of them. That's a bit complicated and we haven't cured anything since polio.

It's pointless for Big Pharma to invest to invest years of research, money paying off government agencies, money for production and distribution, and when they get ready to go, the pathogens have mutated, and all that money just goes down the toilet...

It's much more lucrative for them to sell you drugs that make you feel better (treat the symptoms) and let nature do it's thing for free...
