it actually takes less effort and wear and tear to shoot open threes

than it does to score down low while getting hammered

three point shooters rarely get fouled :francis:

its easier to be a guard than it is to be a center

thats why good centers are very rare finds
on average shorter players [6'0-6'8] have more success scoring than taller [6'9-7'3] ones

just facts:manny:
Getting hammered lol? Wilt wasn't phased by them weaklings. Good centers are hard to find because there aren't a lot of 7 footers on this earth in comparison to NBA guard heights

the ether
Man what

The facts are the facts. 61% > 57%

The fact is that you're suddenly trying to use efficiency to prop up Kobe....when it works against him in virtually EVERY other context ever.

You ain't going to come in here talking about Kobe's career scoring, his Finals stats, his status vs. Shaq, and DARE mention his shooting %'s compared to other greats.

Facts : kobes 81 point game is the most impressive game in NBA history

No regular season game against a team that was like 15-40 on the season could EVER be the most impressive game in NBA history.

Lebron has had at least half-a-dozen Finals games alone that were more impressive than Kobe going 81 and 2 against an awful Raptors team....because those games were against real competition and MATTERED. Just in the last 2 years he's scored 40+ against the Warriors in the Finals five times....that's more impressive than scoring 80 against a crap Raptors team in the regular season once. The only difference is no one other than Kobe is constantly trying to put up 35-40-45-50 shots in meaningless regular season games against crap teams. 4 of Kobe's 6 sixty-point games involved 37 shots or more (which he's done 20-30 times)....whereas Lebron has NEVER put up 37+ shots in a regular season game in his whole career.

Hell, even Lebron's 61-7-5 on just 33 shots and 12 free throws against a 45% winning team was more impressive than Kobe's 81-2-2 on 46 shots and 20 free throws against a 25% winning team. But you don't see Lebron fans making new threads on that game or bringing it up constantly in arguments...

because he's actually had fantastic performances in meaningful games.

same reason can be said as too why big O had that triple double season... the amount of possessions was so big... the difference allows for more.. whereas wesbrook does it in today's pace

westbrook cant shoot.

Oscar was J'ing on triple teams with no Durant and no stacked supporting cast to take the pressure off.

Wilt was the only one to do it because, he was talented enough to do it. Not taking that away from him. But it's clear that the league was inferior in his era, talent wise

you mean sorta like how the NBA in kobe's era is inferior talent-wise to today's era?
