.....prime mos def was way better at storytelling and painting a picture with words. Not to mention a way better flow and mic presence. Lupe doesn't have this level of imagination. I'm sure he could if he wanted. I'm glad he doesn't. I don't enjoy listening to it, so the complexity for the sake of complexity is wasted. I think I liked 2 songs max off that. If I want to hear overly complex just because shyt, I'd listen to Buhloone Mindstate. It actually sounds good.
