He was blackballed but also he wasn't allowed to produce for outside artists during his prime. Plus then his sister I think died that took a lot out of him. I would love to hear more Mannie beats these days because when you do hear a new joint it's always fire. I mean listen to that NPR interview he did where he played beats at the end and half of them were just simple ass bounce remixes that he probably made in 5 mins.

I agree. The production on those mac melph calio and uptown 4 life albums are just phenomenal mane. He produced his ass off on tec 9 and mac 10's cmr albums as well
