Nobody said 25 year old women should marry 25 year old men. For most of human history women married up in terms of age for this very reason just as men married down in age for fertility.

Women should be getting married in their early 20s to men in their mid-30s. That's the way its always been. By 35 a man has built up his resources while at 20 a woman is still at her peak in terms of fertility.

Women peak in fertility from their late teens to early 20s. By 30 a woman's chance of getting pregnant naturally begins to decline rapidly. By 35 it's damn near over. Compare that to men who peak in sperm count in their late 30s and are able to have children naturally until we die.

Holding off on marriage is fine for men because we can biologically afford to do so. It isn't fine for women however. They need to get married as early as they can if they want to have children naturally without complications.
