There’s this smaller contracting service that’s in the same building I work at that nearly exclusively hires bisexual women and men. For a black man we usually is not hired because companies look at us still as intimidating and threat.. so many of us as I seen with my neighbors have become independent contractors doing handyman work which pays them decent

Also a lot of these companies do to meeting quotas started years back with the hiring of a minority and a woman ended up killing two birds with one stone. Hire a black woman

U also had a lot of these companies/businesses started exiting a lot of black communities that was close and started opening shop 20/30 minutes away, which for dudes who lack proper transportation couldn’t get out there even with them wanting to work
