Why must whites emphasize the race of black people?

it kills how when i'm at work and a white person is trying to describe someone to me when they don't remember the person's name or something. they always say silly shyt like, "he has dark hair and he's about yay tall. " that shyt be so awkward. i just be like "oh, i know who you talking about. the black dude." they be like "yeah, that guy!!"

i've noticed they always say things like black guy or black chick.

if they're telling you a story a guy told them and that guy happened to be black they don't really have to go out of their way and say a black guy said it but yet they do. i haven't really noticed them do this for the other races either.

Because invariably its a negative story and they want to make racist implications in a non-blatant manner. CACs are sly like that.
