The Nationals have the 11th best attendence in baseball and they average around 32k a night. I don't know what the hell yall are smoking. The Dodgers average damn near 45k fans a night 
Last season the Bulls led all NBA teams with 21k a night. That's over a 41 game home schedule. Baseball plays 81 home games a year. How the fukk is baseball dying?

MLB crushes the NBA when it comes TO local ratings.
With the exception of L.A AND PORTLAND AND SAN ANTONIO, no NBA team is #1 in American and Canadian cities.
MLB is #1 in Chicago, Boston, Cincinnati, NYC AND St.Louis and can challenge the NFL in Philly, Baltimore and in Philly no way the Sixers are ahead of the Phillies. Even the Giants are still barely ahead of the Warriors in the Bay Area. Cavs are equal to Indians in CLE.
And even in L.A the Dodgers are arguably more popular than the Lakers. In the past 4 years the Dodgers have been #1 team in LA. Dodgers have a rich, winning history, as much as the Lakers.
