NFL guys just seem like total knuckleheads, while most NBA guys are chill and on that other level. Even take a look at that fashion, NBA players started that trend and now you got a few guys in the NFL trying to emulate but the NBA has always been known as the progressive leauge. Is it just the violence? I know it isn't the HGH because NBA players are on that stuff as well.

Because playing football requires a different mentality than playing basketball. You have to essentially be in fight or flight mode throughout the entire course of the game, bracing yourself for unexpected impacts and preparing to give them out. It's hard to just shut that off.

Not that I'm making excuses for the behavior, but hang out with some football playing dudes and hang out with some basketball playing dudes and you can just tell. Some can turn it off when they're not on the field, but others have a harder time.

NBA nikkas only seem to have some sense of fashion because daddy Stern told them to
Before it became 'cool' to play dress up in the NBA
NFL players fashion>Nba

Stern :blessed:

But for real, a lot of Football players are just crazy. It's a violent game. Ray wasn't lying when he said without football these dudes would be out here committing crimes and shyt

16 games a season to make an impact. Weekly pressure is a lot higher, massive rosters so being ahead of the next guy is vital no matter what, careers are shorter also.

Add in them concussions!!

NFL players money sounds a lot but majority of it isn't guaranteed for most, NBA players are more secure with it.

In the NBA, nearly everybody is a star. They can't afford to fukk up like NFL players because they are always in the spotlight. They have no room for error.

Shane Battier is probably more recognizable than Demarco Murray.

NFL Players seem to have more time and opportunity to screw up.

More players, shorter season.
Shorter careers & lifespans.
More camaraderie with teammates leads to more pressure to get into more things.
More constant aggression, from practice throughout the week to game day.
They're also in pain more. Most of your best decisions don't happen when you're feeling your best.

They wear helmets, so their faces aren't as recognizable as other athletes.
This COULD make them want to turn up MORE or feel like they can get away with turning up more. :ld:

well Shane Battier is like 6'8 and has been around for like 15-20 years if you count his college career. :comeon:

Of course he's more recognizable, instantly
